Hi, I’m Kate—a qualified Occupational Therapist with more than two decades of experience in both hospital and community-based practice.
At Saltwater Occupational Therapy, I provide practical, down-to-earth solutions that empower adults to live more independently and safely at home and in the community.
Over the years, I’ve developed a special interest in:
Home modifications (grab rails to bathroom renovations)
Assistive technology (from simple aids to complex wheelchair prescription)
Seating and positioning for comfort, function, and long-term health
Functional capacity assessments for NDIS, aged care, and insurance reports
I work closely with each client—and their support networks—to create tailored strategies that meet individual goals. When I’m not working, I love ocean swimming, football, and spending time with my family outdoors.
